PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
A neuro-affirming environment in high school is crucial for fostering a sense of belonging and promoting the well-being of neurodivergent students. By affirming their identities and recognising the value of their unique cognitive experiences, students are empowered to embrace who they are without fear of judgment or exclusion.
High school is a formative time when students are developing their sense of self, and for neurodivergent students, it can be especially challenging. The importance of knowing how to properly support neurodivergent children in high school cannot be overstated.
We equip teachers with the knowledge and skills to provide tailored support that aligns with each student's individual needs. Real time supports and accommodations are provided to support teachers to provide an affirming learning environment where all students are placed in the best position to learn.

INCURSIONS
We offer interactive incursions for Secondary school students focusing on celebrating our different and amazing brains!
Incursions are presented in a fun, age appropriate way where we learn about the neurodiversity of our world, and how we all learn, socialise and communicate differently.
Through discussion and hands-on activities, students will be supported to develop positive identity, explore the power of differences and discover how our friends play and communicate differently.
Let’s empower students to champion inclusion!
Our presenters are teachers and allied health professionals who are also raising neurodivergent children.
